In Happier News, The Mighty Boosh Comes to the U.S.

Starting tonight at 1 A.M., the Cartoon Network's Adult Swim programming block continues its unexpected but much appreciated foray into importing British cult comedies with The Mighty Boosh, a series people have been recommending to me for, literally, years. I'm very excited that I'll finally have the chance to see it (the DVD is also coming out in the States this summer, I hear). There's a rumor that Adult Swim will start airing the series with Season 3 episodes. I don't know how true that is, and I don't really care, I'm just happy to finally catch this cult classic.

Fans of Garth Marenghi's Darkplace and The IT Crowd will be happy to know that The Mighty Boosh features much of the same cast too, including Matt Berry and Richard Ayoade.
