Already? Two more Fall 2011 TV series have been axed, and all the new shows haven't even debuted yet! (Grimm? Once Upon a Time? When are you going to premier already?)
First, NBC, which already pulled the plug on The Playboy Club after a mere three episodes, has killed off their Hank Azaria, Kathryn Hahn, and Anthony Head (Giles!) sitcom Free Agents after only four. To be honest, I didn't even know this show was on. Apparently, no one else did either.
But that's not all, folks. The CW has put one on the chopping block too. H8R, a reality program in which Mario Lopez introduces celebrities like Snooki and Kim Kardashian to the plebes who publicly hate on them on message boards so they'll learn that celebrities are really just like them, was yanked after four utterly disingenuous and no doubt excruciating episodes. To be honest, this was the new series I thought would be canceled first. Of course, The CW says it's not really canceled, it may simply be moved to spring or summer 2012, but come on. It's canceled.
If I were a betting man, my money would be on Charlie's Angels next. It's only a matter of time!
