International Bon Vivant and Raconteur
After what feels like years of lengthy and secret negotiations, I am finally able to say that with the blessing of the late Rod Serling's estate I have purchased the rights from Montcalm Publishing for The Twilight Zone Magazine, which originally ran from 1981 to 1989 with T.E.D. Klein and Tappan King as editors, and featured short fiction by the likes Richard Matheson, George R.R. Martin, Joyce Carol Oates, Peter Straub and more.
For this new incarnation of The Twilight Zone Magazine, I will be acting as both publisher and, for now, acquiring editor. There's a lot to put in order before we have any forward movement, so I expect the first issue won't be out until the end of this year or the beginning of next.
I'll be posting full guidelines and opening to submissions soon, but until then please keep this one requirement in mind:
All stories must end with the astronauts realizing they're trapped in an alien zoo.
PLEASE NOTE: THIS WAS AN APRIL FOOL'S DAY JOKE, NOT A REAL ANNOUNCEMENT. PLEASE STOP CONTACTING ME ABOUT SUBMISSIONS, INTERNSHIPS, ETC. I AM VERY SORRY TO DISAPPOINT. THANK YOU.
