I snapped this one at the famous Grand Sichuan on St. Mark's Place after last night's Peter Straub and Daryl Gregory reading at the KGB Bar. I don't know what "anthentic" means, but I'm relieved they're telling me exactly what kind of Sichuan and Hunan food they're serving!

TV: What's Coming Back, and What's Getting Tossed [Feb. 18th, 2010|02:19 pm]

The godfather of all TV Nerds, Michael Ausiello, has started keeping his annual Renewal Scorecard, casting an eye toward what will be back on our television screens next season and what will be relegated to the entertainment dumpster and, more likely than not, quickly forgotten. (Goodbye, new Melrose Place! Wait, there was a new Melrose Place?)

The link above will take you to a list of all the network shows, as well as provide a link to the cable show Renewal Scorecard too. But for the purposes of brevity, not to mention the fact that it's my blog and I can do whatever I want, I'm just going to focus here on the shows I watch or used to watch. Make with the clicky above to find out if any of your favorites that aren't listed below are coming back or getting tossed.

Behind the cut for those who--gasp!--don't care about TV.Collapse )
