Reason # 65098274 Why Authors Shouldn't Be Allowed to Write Their Own Publicity Copy [Mar. 27th, 2007|11:38 am]
International Bon Vivant and Raconteur

This is book One of the Moon Series. Books are recommended to be read in order.
Warning, this title contains the following: graphic language, graphic violence, including murder, and sex explained in contemporary language.

OMG, the books must be read in order or you won't fully appreciate the author's genius in, like, telling a linear story!!!

I don't recall my copy of The Return of the King warning me to read The Fellowship of the Ring and The Two Towers first, but I'm glad someone has finally pointed it out to me.

"Sex explained in contemporary language" - I'm not even sure where to start with that one. Especially since no one has ever explained sex to me in any language, contemporary or otherwise. I had to learn from movies like Excalibur and Quest for Fire (consequently, I didn't know you could have sex actually facing your partner until well into my 30s). Still, I'm looking forward to her explanation.
