I am now on Avelox, the antibiotic that "makes you dizzy." Weeeeee! (Funny story: The very first time I was prescribed antibiotics, I was just a wee one and I misheard what the doctor said. I thought I was getting bionics, like Steve Austin. I was very excited.)

Yesterday, I told the doctor my symptoms and what I thought I had. Then I got all embarrassed and told him I don't normally self-diagnose but I've had a lot of time on my hands to think about it. He said self-diagnosing was all right as long as I wasn't self-medicating. At which point I took a sip from my NyQuil-filled flask and told him he doesn't "get" me.

Anyway, it looks like I was right: Sinus Infection City. This has easily been the longest, nastiest sicktime in recent memory, and I hope the Avelox gives it a swift end.
