International Bon Vivant and Raconteur
According to editor Mort Castle, today is finally, really, absolutely the sort-of somewhat official release day for Writers Digest Books' On Writing Horror (just in time for Hallo--...Thanksgiving!). Mort-signed copies will be available through Shocklines shortly, and HWA members will be able to order them at discounted rates through the website.
Go buy a copy and read my chapter, "Eerie Events and Horrible Happenings: Plotting Short Horror Fiction", and your stories will be accepted by nihilistic_kid in no time! Wish you could get into Fantasy magazine? pgtremblay won't know what hit him if you read my chapter first! Think Gordon van Gelder's rejecting your stories because you're female? Read my chapter and he'll not only beg for your story, he'll beg you to trample his testicles with your high heels!
What are you waiting for, an engraved invitation from Ellen Datlow to be in the next Year's Best? Buy the book and read my chapter now! I guarantee it will turn you into an UNSTOPPABLE PUBLISHING MACHINE!
(Guarantee void everywhere in universe.)
