Another thing that happened at the World Fantasy Convention was the International Horror Guild Awards presentation. I missed the ceremony because dinner went late (curse you, P.F. Chang's - your shrimp dumplings are delicious, but you made us wait too long for a table), though I heard later from Laird Barron that I wasn't the only one to miss it. In fact, Laird might have been the only nominee present. (You don't see that kind of thing happening with the World Fantasy Awards. Come on, horror people, shape up!)

You've probably already seen the list, but in case you haven't, here it is, winners in bold. What's embarrassing about this list is how few of the works I've read!
